Free entry to the Alpentherme Gastein all year round; Arrival & departure day included (within the opening hours) and in the summer season (approx. May 26th - November 2nd) including free use of the Gastein mountain railways - excluding departure day.
The Schlossalmbahn Cable Car can be reached in a 15-minute walk or with a ski bus stopping opposite the hotel.

Private parking is possible at the hotel.

When booking half-board, drinks are included with dinner (non-alcoholic, beer, wine, coffee, and tea).
