Fitted with wooden or carpeted floors, spacious themed rooms at the family-run Autentis include satellite TV. The private bathroom has a hairdryer. Some rooms offer a furnished balcony and wood-beamed ceilings.

A sweet and savoury breakfast is provided daily, including Tyrolean Speck, croissants, and cold cuts. The restaurant is open for dinner, serving local cuisine, and a bar is also available.

After a day skiing, guests can unwind in the saunas, hot tub, and steam bath, or relax on the sun terrace. Regional produce is sold at Spezialitätenmetzgerei Steiner, a butcher shop under the same ownership, while souvenirs can be purchased on site.

A bus linking to Brunico stops next to the property, and Valdaora Train Station is 4 km away. A ski bus operates in winter, running every 15 minutes.
